Shipping and Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping worldwide. We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
The estimated delivery time for your order is 5 to 10 business days if item is in stock. For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks. Returns and Exchanges:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 days exchange and return policy from the date of delivery.
Need a different size or color? No problem! You can opt for an exchange during the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process the exchange promptly. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a return.
